By accessing and using CraftMyFit ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Professional Services

Role of CraftMyFit

CraftMyFit is a marketplace platform that connects customers with tailors and boutiques. We do not provide tailoring or fashion services directly. All services are provided by independent professionals.

Professional Listings

Professionals using the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their services and pricing
• Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications
• Deliver services professionally and as described
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle customer data in accordance with privacy laws

Payments and Fees

Customer Payments

Payment terms are established between customers and professionals. CraftMyFit may facilitate payments but is not responsible for payment disputes between parties.

Platform Fees

Professionals may be charged fees for premium features or services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur any charges.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Collect user information without consent

Intellectual Property

All content on CraftMyFit, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by CraftMyFit or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Platform.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Platform "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftMyFit shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Quality or performance of services provided by professionals
• Disputes between users and professionals

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraftMyFit and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
